There are now 26 players confirmed for Southampton GC on Sat 22nd June.
Some have had to pull out because they’re working, others are not playing because they’re away – Stagging in Portugal – and others, like me, have made their excuses.
Please check the website and confirm with Bob/Herb if you think it’s wrong.
With regards to making excuses, I am still a non-golfer, as I try to strengthen my knee to avoid having a cartilage op. I have an appointment at Basingstoke Orthopaedic Fracture Clinic in August. Consequently I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make the weekend away.
However the discounts are based on 20 players. So we’re looking for a first reserve. Who wants to a weekend away for just £149?
